“Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live in.” I love and live by this quote. After I had my son I found myself overweight and realized I could no longer eat whatever I wanted & I had to exercise. I had to make lifestyle changes and learn better habits. In the process, I took control over my life and learned that in order for me to be healthy and enjoy each day I have to take care of me!
