I believe that every everyone’s life can benefit from getting stronger. Strength breeds resilience and allows us to better tackle the challenges that life brings, whether physical or mental. The pursuit of strength teaches us to push through struggles and the ability to complete something which you could previously not do shows us that we have the ability to improve in all aspects of our life.

I received my Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from Sacramento State and believe that nutrition has a huge impact on our overall health and wellness, and lays the foundation for allowing us to reach our fitness goals. I also believe that nature knows what it’s doing best and we are foolish to try and outsmart it.  We should maintain a healthy relationship with food, meaning being mindful of the food we intake and its effects on the body without completely demonizing any particular food. Everything in moderation including moderation.
