Ian is a certified strength and conditioning specialist with a master’s degree in kinesiology. He’s coached athletes and professionals at the Division I and II levels, as well as members of the U.S. Army and Seattle Fire Department. A Navy veteran who’s also conducted research on human performance in Navy SEALs, Ian brings a practical, no-nonsense approach to training—focused on helping people move better, get stronger, and perform their best in sport, duty, and everyday life.

With a background in powerlifting and years of athletic experience, including playing collegiate volleyball, Mia brings a deep understanding of movement patterns and intensity to every client session. Specializing in strength training, she focuses on improving form, developing strength and power, and developing programs that enhance overall athleticism and quality of movement patterns while supporting long-term health. Whether working with beginners or experienced lifters, Mia is dedicated to helping clients move with confidence, train with purpose, and achieve results that last.
