1. Acceptance

By using the Iron Orr Fitness website, products, or services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. 

2. Membership

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to become an unaccompanied client of Iron Orr Fitness. All clients younger than 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.
• Fees: Client fees are subject to change. You will be notified of any changes in advance.
• Cancellation: No refunds for packages or reoccurring monthly plans.

3. Facility Use

• Rules: You agree to follow all rules and regulations posted at the Iron Orr Fitness facility.
• Equipment: You are responsible for the proper use of all equipment.
• Damage: You will be liable for any damage to the facility or equipment caused by your negligence.

4. Personal Belongings

• Safety: Iron Orr Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
• Valuables: We recommend that you do not bring valuables to the facility.

5. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Iron Orr Fitness harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the facility or services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Iron Orr Fitness is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the facility or services.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.   

8. Amendments

Iron Orr Fitness reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
