Vinyasa yoga is a moving meditation where breath and movement are linked together through a series of sun salutations and asanas (postures). Rooted in the Ashtanga yoga tradition this challenging, physical practice will help you create a strong body, increase your physiological balance, and develop a clear, peaceful mind.
