Using the power of the resistance of the body and mimicking real life movements (flexion, extension, and rotation), muscle balance and core stability will be challenged in every Pilates workout. In addition to the classic Pilates repertoire, we also add small props, including the band, small balls, weights and the Pilates Fitness Circle to provide a more intense full body workout. The peripheral resistance of the props added to the repertoire results in Pilates exercise variation which utilize more muscles simultaneously. This class is suitable for all ages and all fitness levels, no experience necessary.
