Now introducing the man of the hour and our Client of the Week, Mehul! Mehul is ridiculously consistent even while training around his busy schedule at Qualcomm, and in the last 6 weeks Mehul has gone from never working out to:

  • ✓ Using small and realistic diet changes to achieve results🍎
  • ✓ Less knee pain
  • ✓ And he’s LOST 4 POUNDS

Mehul’s end goal is to have the strength/endurance to hike with his baby (expected by the end of this year). If he continues the way he has been, he’ll be able to carry at least 3 kids on the hike!
