Class & Event Calendar
We offer a number of free classes including Pilates, Yoga, and Zumba. Classes are free for both Iron Orr Fitness clients and Garden Communities residents. All necessary equipment is provided, and no advanced reservation is required. All you need to do is show up ready to go!
Did you know that the best complement to the stretching in Yoga, the stability in Pilates, and the cardio in Zumba is a personal trainer to lead you to your health and fitness goals?
Every Monday from 6:30 – 7:30pm we do complimentary body composition testing: measure what percentage of your body is fat, and what percentage is muscle. “You can’t manage what you can’t measure”, so get your body composition measured at our events, find out where you stand now, and see how far you progress over time! And, we host free hands-on workshops to target specific training concepts or movements – such as HIIT workouts, powerlifting, quick workout routines, diet and nutrition, how to build muscle and lost fat, and more!
