Class & Event Calendar

Our Classes & Events

We offer a number of free classes to both Iron Orr Fitness clients and Garden Communities residents. For a description of each class, just click on its title on the calendar below.

All necessary equipment is provided, and no advanced reservation is required. All you need to do is show up ready to go!

*Please note that yoga on Monday and Saturday requires a $5 fee. However, Tuesday and Thursday are free. All of our Pilates, spin, and Zumba classes are also free.
